Help comes first. Estate Transition Agents guide families through inherited homes, downsizing and other major transitions—not just a listing. Poshlando continues to develop and provide signed client engagements as agents grow. Agents also build relationships with neighbors, buyers, local professionals and referral sources through appropriate outreach and follow-up. Licensed real-estate representation is through Poshlando Realty; estate-sale work, when undertaken, is through Poshlando Estate Sales & Auctions under a separate agreement.
Help families through the transition
- Listen first, organize next steps and help families make decisions without unnecessary pressure
- Through Poshlando Realty, consult on pricing and preparation; handle listing, marketing, negotiation and the transaction through closing
- Coordinate cleanout, logistics and property readiness with family members, advisors and the separate estate-sale business when both services are engaged
- Meet neighbors, buyers, local professionals and referral sources appropriately; follow up and build relationships alongside company-provided engagements
Estate-sale operations, when separately engaged
- Work under a separate agreement with Poshlando Estate Sales & Auctions, not through the Realty brokerage
- Organize and merchandise a lived-in home into an effective temporary retail environment, with room-by-room grouping, traffic flow, accessibility and visual presentation
- Plan visible pricing, checkout placement and security sightlines; support sale-day operations and remaining logistics
- Keep all advice, solicitation and representation concerning real property within your licensed Poshlando Realty role
The person who fits
- Holds an active Florida real estate license and obtains brokerage approval before any licensed activity
- Takes ownership, answers people, keeps commitments moving and stays calm under pressure
- Uses sound judgment in complicated situations, solves problems independently and knows when to ask for help
- Works well with families and varied people; brings professional presence, a help-first sales instinct and a team mindset
- Builds trust in the community through consistent follow-up
Training and growth
- Learn our approach to client care, property preparation, real estate transactions and estate-sale coordination during an initial ramp period
- Work with signed engagements Poshlando continues to develop and provide, while building your own relationships through appropriate outreach and follow-up
- Receive marketing and transaction support as responsibility and production grow
Compensation and relationship
- We currently model first-year earnings at approximately $60,000 for someone progressing through training and ramp-up and performing at expected levels.
- Once fully ramped, productive Estate Transition Agents may have modeled annual earnings potential of approximately $120,000–$200,000+ depending on engagement volume, completed sales, transaction values and individual production.
- These are illustrative modeled estimates, not salary or guaranteed earnings. Actual results depend on engagement volume, completed sales, transaction values and individual production.
- Licensed real-estate compensation is through Poshlando Realty under its written brokerage agreement; estate-sale work, if undertaken, is governed by a separate written agreement with Poshlando Estate Sales & Auctions.
