We meet families earlier
An estate, downsizing move, or house full of contents can bring a family to Poshlando before they choose a real estate agent. That does not guarantee an assignment.
The estate team handles the contents
The separate estate-side company handles the contents. The Realty agent stays focused on the licensed real-estate work.
Central marketing
The brokerage supports photography, property descriptions, the launch, and events when they suit the home.
One operating system
Shared transaction standards, follow-up, support on active files, and agent pages and presence as the Poshlando platform develops.
Not licensed yet?
The separate Poshlando estate-side business has roles in estate sales, auctions, antiques, and merchandising. Those roles do not require a real estate license.
