If limited outreach is appropriate, we agree in writing which buyers may be contacted, what may be shared, and for how long.

You review any response and decide whether to continue, list publicly, keep the property, or stop.
Off-market handling is discussed case by case and depends on the property. Any off-market arrangement is documented in the brokerage agreement.
