Poshlando is seeking retail, warehouse, flex, storage, auction, preview, and temporary-use properties for specific business needs. This is not a general commercial brokerage service.

We are looking mainly in Central Florida, but we will consider the right building elsewhere.
Retail, antique mall or resale space
Room for antique, resale, or home contents sales, with space for independent vendors where appropriate.
- Street retail, showroom or gallery space
- A former furniture store or smaller box store
- An existing antique mall or market building
- Unusual adaptive-reuse buildings worth looking at
Warehouse, flex or overflow storage
Secure space for sorting, cataloging, photographing, and temporarily holding household contents.
- Warehouse or flex bays with usable loading
- Clean, dry, securable square footage
- Space that can take a truck and a pallet jack
- Short leases or month-to-month welcome
Auction, event and preview space
Flexible rooms that can periodically host previews, sales, auctions and specialty collection events, rather than operate as a shop every day.
- Open floor plate with parking
- Good light and a clean presentation surface
- Periodic or calendar-based use
- Halls, studios and event buildings included
Short-term and transitional space
Vacant space between tenants, or space awaiting redevelopment, that may be available for temporary use.
- Between-tenant vacancy
- Buildings held for a future project
- Seasonal or pop-up windows
- Owners open to a temporary use

Terms depend on the building
Depending on the building, this may be ordinary rent, temporary use, or another written arrangement.
- Conventional rent
- Low base plus a percentage

How the space may be used
Estate sales regularly produce furniture, collections, and household goods that need room for sorting, photography, display, or sale.
A suitable building may host previews, sales, auctions, or events.
We need to see the building and agree on the terms before either side commits.
