Room for antique, resale, or personal-property sales, with space for independent vendors where appropriate.

Secure space for sorting, cataloging, photographing, and temporarily holding household contents.

- Space that can take a truck and a pallet jack
- Short leases or month-to-month welcome
Auction, event and preview space
Flexible rooms that can periodically host previews, sales, auctions and specialty collection events, rather than operate as a shop every day.

- Periodic or calendar-based use
- Halls, studios and event buildings included
Short-term and transitional space
Vacant space between tenants, or space awaiting redevelopment, that may be available for temporary use.

Estate sales regularly produce furniture, collections, and household goods that need room for sorting, photography, display, or sale.
