You handle the real-estate work: pricing, preparation, marketing, negotiation and closing. The estate-side team handles the contents. The brokerage provides the system around the work.
The work
Handle the real-estate work from pricing through closing.
Agents are responsible for pricing, preparation, marketing, showings, negotiation, communication, and closing under the qualifying broker.
A large book of business is not the point. We care about judgment, responsiveness, follow-through, and how you handle the opportunity in front of you. Assignments are not guaranteed.
When an estate sale is part of the work, visitors see the home in person before and alongside ordinary residential marketing. The licensed agent answers real-estate questions and handles the home sale.
Agents work as independent contractors on commission. Exact compensation is disclosed and agreed in writing before any work begins.
The agent we are looking for
What we expect
- Florida licensed, in good standing
- Strong follow-through, measured in hours
- Comfortable in inherited and downsizing homes
- Understands how estate-sale visitors can add exposure for a home
- Can answer real-estate questions while an estate sale is underway
- Works across Estate Homes, Premier and Opportunities
- Coordinates inspections, title and vendors without being chased
- Communicates clearly and promptly
- Uses the company system and records the work
- Low ego, team first
