- Organized, and calm when a day goes sideways
- Comfortable walking into a complicated, full house
- Respectful with families who are grieving or overwhelmed
- Decisive about sorting, staging, pricing and workflow
- Able to lead helpers and vendors on site
- Commercially minded without being insensitive
- An excellent communicator, in writing and in person
- Willing to follow a system and document the work

How the work is set up
Engagements come to the company, so a day starts with a house and a plan rather than prospecting.
Roles evolve by market and by engagement. Some people run rooms and sale days, others run whole projects, others specialize in a category.
Relationship and compensation structure depends on the role, licensing, market and responsibilities, and is discussed and agreed in writing before any work begins.
