Estate Transition Associate

Company: Poshlando Estate Sales & Auctions
Location: Longwood, Florida and surrounding Central Florida
Engagement: Independent contractor, engagement-based. No real estate license required.

If you love estate sales, antiques, vintage and the thrill of a well-merchandised room, this is the job. We handle what is inside the home, and we train people properly by putting them on real engagements from the start.

What you'll do

Sort, organize and research the contents of a home
Price and merchandise items for sale day
Stage rooms so a full house reads like a beautiful shop
Sell on sale days and take great care of buyers and family members
Coordinate pickups, donations and clearing after the sale

Who we're looking for

Drawn to antiques, vintage, collectibles, art or design
Organized, physically capable and calm in a busy house
Warm and respectful in a family's home
Good with customers and comfortable selling
Reliable on scheduled dates

Licensed Real Estate Agent — Inherited and Downsizing Homes

Poshlando Realty handles inherited homes, downsizing moves, estate settlements, relocations, and other residential sales. We are looking for agents who can handle that work from first visit through closing.

What you'll do

Guide families, heirs, attorneys and advisors through a property sale
Assess the condition and likely buyer before recommending how to sell
Prepare, price and launch listings with company marketing behind you
Read showings and feedback weekly and act on what they tell you
Work alongside the estate team when the contents of a home need handling
Carry relationships forward into the next sale

Who we're looking for

Active Florida real estate license
Real interest in inherited property, downsizing and estate transitions
Returns calls and messages promptly
Willing to ask questions and follow brokerage standards
Strong with people, especially families under stress
Attentive to how a home is presented

What you'll do

Create private previews and concentrated launch weekends
Build estate and collection events where the home and family support them
Direct photography and write property narrative worth the house
Develop relationships with collectors, designers and brand partners
Bring in people who can help the right buyers see the house
